Casino workers may strike again

The union representing Tasmania's casino workers says their industrial action has exposed Federal Hotels's true colours.

Employees walked off the job for 24 hours over the weekend in their bid for a 10 per cent pay increase over two years.

David O'Byrne from the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers Union says the strike was well supported and had an effect on Federal Hotels's reputation and operations.
